We identify various problems existing in healthcare institutions and analyze them from the perspective of patients, caregivers, medical staff, and other stakeholders. These perspectives help us derive multifaceted solutions for problem-solving, such as space design, workflow processes, IT solutions, and communication among medical staff.
We provide patient experience service design education tailored for a diverse audience, including healthcare professionals and service planners. Our program aims to equip participants with the ability to address challenges in existing healthcare services. We foster independent problem-solving skills and empower healthcare professionals and planners in enhancing overall patient experiences.
The 5,000 Voice of Customer (VoC) data collected monthly from healthcare institutions serves as a crucial starting point in improving patient experience. Leveraging our extensive experience in healthcare service consultancy,
we present an AI-based VoC analysis solution.
Our solution was built on the accumulated consulting experience of haheho. It automates the repetitive task of VoC collection and management, and provides real-time analysis that allows hospital CS staff to focus more on discovering multifaceted solutions that improve patient experience at their institutions.
