Healthcare Education

We provide patient experience service design education tailored for a diverse audience, including healthcare professionals and service planners. Our program aims to equip participants with the ability to address challenges in existing healthcare services. We foster independent problem-solving skills and empower healthcare professionals and planners in enhancing overall patient experiences.

AI-based Patient Feedback Analysis Solution

Our AI-based integrated dashboard enables real-time collection, analysis, and organization of hospital service feedback data from various formats and sources. 

Understand real patient needs, root causes, and trends to drive informed decision-making, streamline workflow of customer service team, and identify key areas for service experience improvement.

Collaborating globally with the goal of designing healthcare that prioritizes patients, caregivers, and medical professionals.

We receive and analyze more than 25,000 VoC inputs from healthcare institutions, identifying patient challenges to provide innovative solutions

Annual Trainees 

We conduct patient experience service design training for over 2,000 hospital professionals annually.
